Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Reservation
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the stipulated deposit or full payment as agreed upon during the reservation process. Tentative bookings without payment will be automatically released after 48 hours.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event date will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total booking fee. Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours are eligible for a 90% refund, minus administrative charges.
3. Facility Usage & Liability
The client assumes full responsibility for any damage to the hall's property, equipment, or facilities during the event. Any structural or cosmetic damages will be billed directly to the primary contact listed on the booking form.
4. Decorum & Security
Fr. Alia Conference Hall reserves the right to terminate any event that violates state laws or poses a threat to public safety. Weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the premises.
5. Overtime Charges
Events exceeding the booked time slot will attract additional hourly charges. It is the responsibility of the host to ensure their event concludes within the agreed timeframe to avoid penalty fees.
